Costa Rican coffee, with its sweet notes of dried fruit and nougat, and Kenyan coffee, with its vibrant acidity and fruitiness. Lightly roasting these two types of coffee beans creates a bright, fruity blend reminiscent of blackberry, nougat, and lemongrass, resulting in a rich, mellow flavor.
